Sometimes it takes decades—and help from unexpected allies.

Most dreams fade with the morning light. But one night over 30 years ago, I had a vision so vivid it jolted me awake. I scribbled it down half-asleep on a scrap of paper. Those fragments kept the spark alive.

For years, I carried that dream—shared it, imagined it as a film, even tried writing a screenplay. But every time someone said, “Just write it down,” I froze. The story stayed locked inside me—until an unlikely collaborator appeared: artificial intelligence.

With AI tools like Grok for structure and ChatGPT for clarity, I finally poured it all out. Characters, twists, themes—the dream took shape. AI helped polish it, even generate visuals. But make no mistake: the heart, ideas, and emotion were mine. AI was just the tool. The dream was always mine.

Fittingly, one of the main characters in the book is an AI. So in a strange way… AI became my co-author. A dream that lingered for decades finally came true through the very tech that now lives inside the story.
